What is the best location to meet my guests?We provide a pre-event guide to gather guest names in advance, ensuring a seamless and tailored meet-and-greet experience. For optimal service, please meet your guests within the booked facility, where our hostesses will be available to greet and escort them upon arrival.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit and debit cards, except Diners. All transactions are securely encrypted, and we do not apply any surcharges for credit card payments.

Are we able to bring our own branding, theming, or promotional materials?While we can't guarantee this, we will accommodate your request wherever possible. Please discuss available options with your Account Manager or the Events Team.

How can I cancel a booking?To cancel a booking after it’s been completed, please contact us directly by phone or email. Cancellation fees will follow the same policy as other booking methods. For more details, please review our Terms & Conditions.

When is my hospitality order confirmed?Once you sign the booking form, you’ll receive a booking confirmation. An invoice will follow, detailing your arrangements. The contract is confirmed as soon as the invoice is paid.

Are there any other hidden costs?Unlike other hospitality companies that may add a service charge of up to 20%, our packages come with no hidden fees. The price you see covers all service charges and drinks. The only additional costs you might choose are for extras on the day, like official merchandise.
